Is there anything written anywhere or maybe something I could work toward that I can add like +1 Elec Dmg to attacks made with metal weapons I use?
or, on that note, can I use a shocking grasp on a metal surface and divide the damage across all targets? for example electrify floor, roll dmg, divide damage by number of targets on the metal surface?
can I do similar things with water?

someone been watching 'Darker then Black'... i made a small search for you.here is what i cam e up with: - war-priest weather blessing: "Storm Strike (minor): At 1st level, you can touch one weapon and grant it a blessing of stormy weather. For 1 minute, this weapon glows with blue or yellow sparks and deals an additional 1d4 points of electricity damage with each hit. This additional damage doesn’t stack with the additional damage from the shock or shocking burst weapon special abilities." - bladebound (Magus arch type) get : "Energy Attunement (Su): At 5th level, as a free action, a magus can spend a point of his black blade’s arcane pool to have it deal one of the following types of damage instead of weapon damage: cold, electricity, or fire. He can spend 2 points from the black blade’s arcane pool to deal sonic or force damage instead of weapon damage. This effect lasts until the start of the magus’s next turn. " -barbarian rage power : " [PFS Legal] Elemental Rage, Lesser (Su) (Advanced Player's Guide pg. 1 (Amazon)): As a swift action, the barbarian can cause her melee attacks to deal an additional 1d6 points of energy damage (acid, cold, electricity, or fire) for 1 round. A barbarian must be at least 4th level to select this rage power. This power can only be used once per rage." (also got normal and greater versions) -same page of rage powers. something a bit different : Linnorm Death Curse, Taiga (Su) (Advanced Class Guide pg. 114 (Amazon)): The character channels the power of a taiga linnorm. The character’s melee attacks deal an additional 1 point of electricity damage. If the character is knocked unconscious or killed by an attack or spell, the attacker suffers the curse of electricity (Will negates). A character must be at least 4th level to select this rage power. Curse of Electricity: save Will DC 10 + 1/2 character’s level + character’s Charisma bonus; effect target gains vulnerability to electricity." - more rage powers: "Elemental Blood, Lesser (Su) (Advanced Class Guide pg. 80 (Amazon)): Choose an energy type: acid, cold, fire, or electricity. While raging, as a swift action up to three times a day, the barbarian can imbue her melee attacks with elemental energy, dealing an additional 1d6 points of damage of the chosen energy type for 1 round." - if not through weapons you got all kinda of electric ranged damage in air domain and bloodlines, ruen domain let you set a lighting rune mine. - magus arcana " Pool Strike (Su) (Ultimate Magic pg. 12 (Amazon)): The magus can expend 1 point from his arcane pool as a standard action to charge his free hand with energy. He can make a melee touch attack with that hand as a free action as part of activating this ability. If the touch attack hits, it releases the charge and deals 2d6 points of energy damage (acid, cold, electricity, or fire, chosen when he spends the arcane pool point to activate this ability). He can use this ability with the spellstrike class feature. If he misses with this attack, he can hold the charge for up to 1 minute before it dissipates. At 6th level, and every three levels thereafter, the amount of damage dealt by this attack increases by 1d6." - a wind oracle get tons of stuff among them: "Touch of Electricity (Su): As a standard action, you can perform a melee touch attack that deals 1d6 points of electricity damage +1 point for every two oracle levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. At 11th level, any weapon that you wield is treated as a shock weapon." - feats: you got he elemental fist tree and the djin style tree,Energy Channel feat with an air domain will let you channel electricity to your weapon, then again you can go with shock weapons such as shock gauntlets

Since we have a large number of GMs and want to keep rulings consistent between sessions, we prefer to stay as close to the books as possible. So unfortunately hitting multiple targets in water/on metal with shocking grasp wouldn't be possible. You'd need a different spell for that.

someone been watching 'Darker then Black'... Nope. i dont know what that is. i just like the idea of frying a tight cluster of goblins with one attack because they were all standing in the same puddle. that kinda thing gets my rocks off.

i think there is a meta-magic feat for that. you might need two. one to change the touch to range-ray then a second to change that to cone or burst.

for the shocking grasp on a wet floor thingy: i personally want to reward players for creative thinking (if it makes sense and they dont overdo it) so i want to believe that this is more to "dm ruling" territory. as such, on my table, i could potentially allow it, with greatly reduced damage/target obviously, but that would be a "per occasion" ruling. and not something that someone could use to say "but GM X allowed it".
so, as in all tables. if you want to do stunts, you can ask each DM on the occasion, and respect his ruling, without arguments of but/if/whatever.
