I'm still in the process of writing up a campaign outline so this is to serve as a placeholder until such a time as I finish it, should its completion be a requirement.
As far as experience goes, I DM'd for an average of 8 hours a day, every day, for a solid 2 weeks. Something to note, I learned how to play in our home brew version of 3.5 and have been busy scouring the mechanics of pathfinder so I can learn how to play for real. I'm probably about 70% of the way through and all that's left is to just read straight down the various lists of mechanics to ensure I haven't missed anything... and at the same time hope I didn't miss any lists.
Strengths:
Writing unusual player interaction into the script
making use of mechanics in unusual ways
Just about anything that has to do with player ingenuity. I always enjoy finding the third option so I always leave room for players to take a third (or fourth or fifth) option as well.
Weaknesses:
Balancing combat
Balancing rewards
Pretty much everything involving balance really. If I don't have monster profiles I'll end up making everything far too weak or far too strong. Same deal with rewards.
Other info: I'm currently attending an online university for a BA in game design. Needless to say I'll be applying any relevant information to improve my abilities as a GM. I am also a rather proficient writer. Whether or not I'm able to build up the motivation to write things is a hit or a miss though but if I have a starting point it makes the process go along MUCH faster.
