1 would you allow me to make piercing unarmed attacks with the emei piercer because it says "The ring prevents the wielder from being disarmed and turns unarmed strikes into piercing attacks."?
second how would an unarmed cleave work?

Emei Piercer deals piercing damage, but doesn't scale with your unarmed strike. So it's always going to be 1d3 of piercing.
Unarmed cleave works just like cleaving with any other weapon.

I think there is a style feat that can give you piercing unarmed attacks. Or maybe it's just a normal combat feat, I forget.
