hello everyone, I am new to the irc game type and have tried downloading both of the cha systems and cannot figure out how they work. I want to be able to participate but need a little guidance. Once this issue is handled I will submit my sheet thank you all in advance.

Hi,
Have you downloaded and installed hexchat and ventrillo? I used the setup guides that come up at the top of a google search for setting up both applications and then just input the information for the servers from the communications thread. Is there a particular step you're getting stuck on?
