so, so far morale effects were just things that said "+x morale bonus to y"

how does that interact with skald's inspire rage song and community minded trait:
it used to be that the only thing that carried over was the morale bonuses. but since now the whole song is a morale effect, does that means that penalty to ac, rage powers, and etc are being carried over?
