Diantha's rests off the beaten path of the main streets of the Central Trade District. It requires specific instructions to get to it(down Academy Way, go into the alleys by The Ruby Jewelers, go left, right, across a small bridge and head straight). Diantha's is a medium sized shop at the end of a small urban clearing, a large sign with the flourished title on top.
Inside the shop the first thing that comes into sight is a large red and gold throne that sits in the back of the store. Seated atop is a bored looking short haired blonde woman wearing an autumn/wintery adventuring dress. Surrounding her, brooms and floating cloths attend the store, powered by extended or perhaps permanent unseen servant spells. The store bustles with activity but what comes to attention is the solid black door with obsidian lining off to the side of the entrance.

Diantha's item shop is different from others in that, while you have access to most scrolls of any class up to third level spells, she also offers small magical services and rents facilities to adventures without them. Rooms include, but are not limited to, Scrying Rooms, Libraries, Reliquaries, Alchemical Labs and Meeting Rooms for shady dealings. For paying a fee, you gain access to temporary bonuses to various skills and abilities.
In addition, she is capable of appraising or identifying most items for a small fee. If certain items are identified by her it 'unlocks' the item for further purchases at 85% its value. She offers other spell casting services as well.
And finally, Diantha herself is a potential NPC for roleplaying purposes, being a renowned adventurer, an experienced wizard, and a Baroness of noble stature. If befriended she makes a strong ally especially in experiMINT's games where she makes prominent appearances. However she's kind of a bitch.
