If you are a GM and wish to run a session from here, simply make a post saying you have accepted a session so that I can update the history.
Important reminder: This is a place to request sessions. What goes into a session is the following: A reason why the session must happen (context), a location for the session to happen (setting), important people within the session (NPCs), key items and finally the type of session you'd like it to be.
Simple Session Request Form (make sure you have all these things before submitting a request)
Character Name:
Context:
Setting(s):
NPC(s):
Key items:
Session type:
Other relevant Information:
Example posting:
Character Name: Jason Argonaut
Context: Jason was shipwrecked years ago but managed to find his way back to civilization. Unfortunately, his prized treasure was left behind.
Setting(s): Docks, ship, open ocean, deserted island
NPC(s):
Harpy(druid); An awakened roc that maintains the form of a humanoid avian. She is brash and quick to anger but once beaten very apologetic. Siren(bard); An Undine who seeks to entrap others and force them to her service, she will hide beneath the waves and attempt to lure ship bound land dwellers into the depths of the sea.
Talos(fighter); A huge construct that had been coincidentally left on the island Jason must go to.
Key items: The Golden Fleece.
Session type: Fetch Quest
Other relevant Information: Jason used to travel with a band of adventurers called the Argonauts, the group decided to go their own ways after the initial retrieval of the Golden Fleece.

Context- Why the session is happening, and why it's important to your character
Setting- self explanatory
NPCs- Names and important information about them. If they're missing an eye, it goes here; if they're racist, that goes here too. Any session relevant information in regards to your NPCs goes here so don't leave out anything important.
Key items- anything the party needs or will find to complete the quest.
Session type- The general make up of what characters do within the session
Other relevant information- anything that doesn't fit into the above categories, this includes link to downtime threads, specific level range and specific starting times and/or session lengths.
Guidelines for requests
This is not a place to request a game within a GM's established story arc. If you want a request in that realm, you ask the GM personally through IRC or forum PM.
Submit all relevant and session specific information. The more information you provide, the better your chances of having the session accepted.
-- Remember; If in doubt, fill it out. The 'it' in this case is the Simple Session Request Form.
Be as concise and meaningful with your requests as possible. People lose interest if you take 200 words to say what could have been said in 40. The only exception is if you post a link to a document that has some sort of extended history or bio.
Generic Rules
1a: No Gary Stuing. Sessions that are about how awesome your character is makes for a crappy session for everyone else. If your character was created with satire in mind, there is a slim chance the session will be accepted. Expect your character to be made fun of in any such session.
1b: This also includes sessions that exist solely because of something you say your character does. If you want something you do to effect things, it has to happen on the table or in the downtime interactions threads.
1c: This rule does not apply to a session that your character recruits help for. You must then provide the gold reward for the session as any standard NPC does.
2: No reward binging. If you want a specific reward, then it will fall in line with maximum session rewards. The only potential exception is if you pay the party members to assist you in retrieving an item of value, and the payment is the amount over max session reward the item is worth. An item of value must have a story to it, a reason for it being special. There is no reason to run a session so you can get a simple set of adamantine fullplate at reduced cost without having to wait for it to be crafted.
3: This should go without saying, but I reserve the right to deny sessions if the concept may prove to be a detriment to our world. I don't care how interesting and enjoyable you can make a session that outright kills important NPCs, or destroys important landmarks, it's not worth it.

Specific session types (more to come as I learn/ think/ am reminded of them)
Assassination Quest: high gold, low exp, large amount of skill usage.
Big Game Hunting: Shorter session length, high exp, low gold, high combat difficulty
Defense Quest: good exp, good gold, variable session length.
Fetch Quest: Higher potential for item reward, variable gold, variable exp
Escort Quest: Good exp, good gold, long session length
Rescue Quests: variable exp, variable gold, variable session length
