I had a question about the downtime rules. It looks like you've enacted them for crafting and what not but is the full rule set in place? The reason I ask is that I'm debating having my character start working on building a school to teach his family's fighting style and eventually start training mercenaries and guards out of with maybe an arena tacked on to help make money on the side, are we using the rules to build buildings and hire teams or is only the crafting portion in force?

Buildings and teams are indeed in place.
My character for example has a magical R&D building called 'Miere Magick' comprised, currently, of - 1 Sewer Access, 1 Lavatory, 1 Office, 1 Storage, 1 Furnished Storefront, 1 Kitchen, 3 Bars, 1 Alchemy Lab, 3 Classrooms, 2 Book Repositories, 1 Vault, 1 Scriptorium, 1 Magical Repository, 1 Observation Dome, 1 Courtyard, 1 Brewery, 1 Common Room, 1 Stall and 1 Lodgings.
Employed there are 10 Bureaucrats, 5 Elite Guards and a pair of Sages.
