Deverdon or Dev as he is known to most was a one time resident of the Golden Plow but has since moved on to a unknown building in the Arm's District. He is a rather shabby looking half elf with thick rust colored sideburns, he hobbles about on bow legs and talks with a bit of a slur, most think he is intoxicated most of the time, but they are wrong. He is wasted all the time.
Notable Achievements: Creator of the Deverdon Special, a large tankard of ale with a blood sausage floating in it.
