I am writing this because I brought it up in the discord but another conversation started so my suggestion kind of died out. Anyway, I think that Celestial Healing should have the same duration as Infernal Healing since they are both pretty much the same spell but good/evil versions. Celestial healing can't even be used to mask an evil alignment, so it isn't like it can be exploited as a cheap way to hide your alignment. I would suggest that Celestial Healing also use the duration of 1 minute, because right now Infernal Healing is better until caster level 22, then Celestial healing lasts one round longer than Infernal Healing, and you can't even make a cheap wand of it like Infernal Healing since it would require caster level 20 to be as good currently. I had two other duration ideas that still scale with level. The duration is 5 rounds + 1 round per 2 caster levels, that would make it last 15 rounds at caster level 20, and be as good as Infernal Healing at caster level 10. The other is 1 round per caster level, making it last for 20 rounds at caster level 20, and as good as Infernal Healing at caster level 10.

I totally agree, Paizo seems to have had this idea that making some spells evil would make up for them being clearly better because... reasons. And when your trying to play a good aligned character it makes life awkward.

I'd personally be fine with it acting like Infernal healing, but good.

What do you think about making it a duration of concentration + 1 round / 2 CL?
Gives it a more attentive flavor, like you're actually spending something to heal another, instead of just letting their own immortal soul take the brunt of it. Plus, infinite out of combat healing is already trivial, and people don't have large enough HP pools at early levels when healing is an issue for something like this to be game breaking.

Funny, I was considering making this exact suggestion. (Specifically, making Celestial Healing equal to Infernal Healing.) Particularly due to the awkwardness of almost EVERY PC using Infernal Healing wands, even the good-aligned ones, just because of their efficiency.
Xem's idea of differentiating them with concentration is also interesting. While the concentration duration could make it the new most efficient option for healing and render IH obsolete, this might not be a bad thing.
That said, the concentration as described by Xem would have situational disadvantages: one player can only concentrate on one other player at a time, and healing more than one person may take longer. (Of course, that disadvantage isn't always relevant.)

This spell is low-level so why not just make it work the same to make people's lives easier?

If you can get all the same goodies from people who don't want to torture your soul forever, why bother with the crazies? It's worth noting that celestial healing, despite not having as long as a duration, can heal any wounds. Infernal healing can't heal wounds inflicted by silver or good weapons. Funny, I was considering making this exact suggestion. (Specifically, making Celestial Healing equal to Infernal Healing.) Particularly due to the awkwardness of almost EVERY PC using Infernal Healing wands, even the good-aligned ones, just because of their efficiency. Casting [Evil] spells is an Evil action, so those PCs aren't Good if they're using unholy water/devil blood to patch all their wounds.

If there were any real downsides to just using the evil options and just playing an evil PC I would agree. But that simply is not true. Instead the game punished good aligned players.
