Thaedius rarely enters Rook proper beyond specific adventuring needs. Most commonly he is found in the Southern Slums, either at the Golden Plow or checking in on the progress of Rooks latest residents, the Goblins. He does make semi-regular rounds through the eastern slums as well to observe the plight of the half-Orcs there. He wants to make a difference for them but isn't quite sure how to at this point.
