[Approved] Pab

Pab grew up in the slums of Illacrim. He was caught attempting to steal some fruit with his powers but he was saved by two humans who claimed to be his parents and paid for it. His adoptive parents were members of a strange cult that worshiped a forgotten god of thieves names Mask, and raised him to follow in thier footsteps using his unuique abilities although they rarely brough him along in thier elaborate heists. Eventually they were caught robbing a noble and all eleven were executed leaving him to fend for himself and rebuild the cult. 

Pab is short even for a Hobgoblin and tends to wear robes and clothing to cover as much of himself as possible. Leaving some unsure exactly what it is under all his robes.
