Today brought with it an excursion to the port town of Veiddi Ekkimeira. The party learned that bandits were attacking caravans leading to and from the coastal town. As they made their way to the town, they came across a caravan. After defending said caravan from orcs, they joined together and finished the trek. Once at VE, the story of their travel quickly spread as bandits and the like were at the forefront of everyone's minds. Not long after, an undine from the ocean district of VE approached the party and tasked them to discover the location of any orc strongholds to the east of the town.
It took some time, and quite a lot of blood, mostly from Fenix, Jared and Choompa's pet snake, but the party was able to discover the location of one orc stronghold before deciding against continuing, and returning back to VE.
