Magnus is an above average height Human. He wears a lot of earthy tones, dark reds and tans when in his civilian clothing. When he anticipates being in combat, he wears all black, save for his long crimson neck scarf. He has a youthful looking visage, as his tempered will has mitigated a lot of the aging effects often seen among those who spend a life on the battlefield.
