Aldous Cassidy, Priest of Dicanderious
Description
Aldous is best described as a frail looking pointed eared Human with Half Elf blood running in his veins. He has shaved brown hair and hazel eyes. He's average build but stronger than most. He wears his cleric vestments which are a mix between brown robes and a blue tunic beneath it. He seems knowledgeable in a conversation but tends to speak his mind, despite his mind always getting him in trouble. He carries a few choice items on himself, 1 being his holy symbol. At first glance it seems to be a bracelet made of stone beads that change colors every 3 beads alternating between red, blue, and brown.
Carries on his person a small black book which he keeps tucked into his belt that he reads from every so often when he feels like he has nothing to add to a conversation but when he feels obligated to, he takes a moment to preach the good word of Dicanderious, the god of Contracts and Punishments. When he talks about his faith his eyes begin to glow with a radiance as he fumbles over his words but gets the point across.

Background
His parents were petioners of Dicanderious who gave him to the church to pay off their debts when he was a babe. He was raised by the church, on the outskirts of Rook in the slums as what they call a Contract Collector. Dicanderous afterall, is the god of Contracts and Punishments meaning that he in a way is a Debt collector. Growing up he went along with the motions, that people's word was their bond. That an oath could never be broken and if it was, that the person who broke the oath would be punished for it severely. The Church was small, a three room house converted into the headquarters of the faith.
As a child he spent his time reading the books around the church during his free time learning about Law and how people used it to get what they want. He began studying to become a Barrister so that he might serve his Lord in Contracts even more. What better way to get somebody to submit to their debt than to take legal action against them, after all violence against a person who owed a debt was forbidden. But as he learned, there were ways around that as well, loop holes, which allowed a person to manipulate the system and get the desired result.
As a teenager he would travel with the other members of the church through the slums chasing down delinquents who had disappeared when their debt was called into motion. He had to learn fast on how to deal with these sorts of ordeals. His strategy was to begin praying to Dicanderious for strength to help him achieve his tasks. Then it occurred to him, that the head priest carried a book of the names of those the church had killed because that was the only way that their debts could be paid, a life for a life after all. So he found out where the mans remains had been burried one night and dug up the oath breakers graves and began pulling out teeth, and fingers from their graves. In secret he ground them down and placed them on a bracelet made from silk. Over time his collection grew and grew to over 24 bones at present.
Since that day he has called upon the names in his own book to work off their debts when needed by conjuring their presence to help him achieve whatever task lay in front of him. Dicanderous seems to have no qualms with how Aldous achieves his tasks just that they are done in a timely manner. He began to show some other powers as well, he learned how to force his will onto others and command that they listen to what he has to say.
While the church is still small in number they aren't without influence, since Aldous had become a Debt Collector, there's been an influx of people willing to do business with the church and while people often forget Aldous by name or sometimes they ignore him he knows that he has the ambition and drive to one day sit at the head of the church as the head priest but until then he must begin his work. For every contract he brings to the lockbox in the church he knows that his own powers will grow as his faith grows.
Now he frequents taverns, inns, brothels, gambling houses, and places where desperate people flock to offering to give them whatever they desire in exchange for signing his masters contract.
