It is night in Rook and you choose to begin your nightly activities. However, you begin to feel the ground shake. As the earthquake grows worse and worse, the night sky flashes with a bright blue light, temporarily drowning out all the stars in the sky. All around you, you can see the various buildings and structures begin to crack and break as the ground shakes with, what can only be described as, the fury of a god. As you either seek cover or venture out to help other in need, the light in the sky condenses down into a blue star and the earthquake finally begins to subside.
Over the next few days, you hear of massive devastation in the Iron Realms caused by the earthquake and many religious followers begin to deem this new star as a sight of their god(s). This new religious fervor begins to cause fanatics to rise and separate religious begin to built a friction between one another and many have begun referring to the star as The Doomstar. But through the confusion and devastation only one thing is clear, this is the beginning of something terrible.
