so i've heard that you can change a bit your characte before turning lvl4, and since i'm almost there, i was wondering how exactly does that work.
in my case p.e. i just want to shift my skill points a bit, would that be possible?

As far as I know your allowed a full rebuild, but the message has been thoroughly mixed so far. Moving some skill points around should be fine though.

yeah i basically just removed my choice of favorite bonus +1sp at lvl1 to the alternate one, i doubt that it was outside of what one can do with the rebuild
