Welcome to the May update. This month we have additions to templates and how GMs can run games.
More Templates
In addition to the previous templates, there are now the Fey, Scion of Madness, Herald of war, Were-rat, Starbound and Spawn of Destruction. These will be going up on the wiki shortly courtesy of Xemadus. If you already have a template and feel that one of these additions will be more apt for your character, please send a message to Xemadus explaining why the newer template suits your character more. If it's a reasonable change, it will be accepted.
Sessions for only 1-2 players
Discussed last month and voted through, GMs may now run games for only 1 or 2 players to help facilitate either personal character development and arcs where it may make less sense for other characters to come along. However, due to the smaller scale of the session, sessions may not last more than a single session duration (3-4 hours) and though players get full rewards, GMs running 1-2 player games only gain half usual rewards.
We understand the system could be abused, and reserve the right to remove credit for any sessions we feel are against the spirit of this change (such as 'running' 3 sessions in a row for a single player whilst just chatting, for example).
Overall then this month there are more templates for you to check out as now provision for smaller personal development games. Have fun out there!
