Since the core rulebook, no pure Martial classes have been printed with 2+INT skill points. Here's a table of each skill point distribution by class. 2+INT | 4+INT | 6+INT | 8+INT | Fighter | Barbarian (+UnC) | Bard | Rogue (+UnC) | Paladin | Druid | Ranger |
| Cleric
| Monk (+UnC) | Inquisitor |
| Wizard | Alchemist | Vigilante |
| Sorcerer | Cavalier | Hunter |
| Magus | Gunslinger | Investigator |
| Witch | Oracle | Slayer |
| Summoner (+UnC) | Bloodrager | Mesmerist |
| Psychic | Brawler | Stalker |
| Arcanist | Shaman |
| Warpriest | Skald |
| Swashbuckler |
| Kineticist |
| Medium |
| Occultist |
| Spiritualist |
| Warder |
| Warlord |

9 of the 11 classes with 2+INT skill ranks (there's an illuminati joke in there somewhere) are casters, with 6 of them being full casters and 3 of them being 2/3rd casters. Even the 2/3rds casters have advantages aside from just spells: Warpriest has Fervor, Magus is INT based, and Summoner has an Eidolon which has its own skill ranks. Arcanist, Witch, and Wizard are all INT based casters. Sorcerer, Psychic, and Cleric are the most tame in this regard, but they're all still full casters. Even Barbarian and Bloodrager get 4+INT skill points. Paizo, pls D:

The only thing that having 2+int skill points does is adds incentive to drop int to 7 or 6. A human sorcerer with 7 int still gets 4 skill ranks per level after all.
Also, paladins get spells too.
So, 2 options that I advocate for. First option is give every class 1 extra skill point. This makes it so int dips of 6 and 7 are always bad, regardless of class.
This gives everyone an extra skill point which is always good.
Second option is give all 2+int classes +1 skill point. This does what the previous one accomplishes, but the other classes don't get any benefit.
Oh, last minute third option: Every +1 to cha gives a character +1 skill point for CHA based skills. Not +1 per level, just +1 and done. While it may be a bit unusual, it'd give an incentive to not dump charisma for characters that don't use it as a stat. Since there's 7 CHA based skills, and the most raw CHA you can get at lvl 1 is a +6, it wouldn't cause any awkward situations.

Though giving Low-Skill-Point classes more skill points is good, unless you tie it to Intelligence, it's in some ways a bigger incentive to drop Int (at least to 8-9, as you'd be where you were before you lost those points).
