Continuing the theme of PoW rules with unintended consequences... I recently came across the Greater Unarmed Strike feat. The intention is obviously to give unarmed PoW characters a damage progression similar to, but weaker than, that of a monk. But what happens if a monk takes this feat? The text says "Your unarmed strikes inflict more damage than ever before", but obviously, applying the table as-is would decrease the monk's damage. So, with this feat, would the monk's damage go up to the next step in his progression (like a monk's robe)? Or would it maybe increase like a size bonus, according to the Enlarge Person damage table? Or just add the feat's listed damage to his own? Or is it simply ineffective? It may also be worth noting that the feat's damage is based on BAB, with increases at +3, +7, +11, and +15, while a monk's increases are based on class level. Assuming no multiclassing, an unchained monk gets increases at BABs of +4, +8, +12, +16, and +20. (The core monk's progression doesn't quite match up either, with +3, +6, +9, +12, and +15).

As you mentioned, the feat is for characters who aren't monks. Take the better value, but there is no stacking.
