Character Name:
Draskar Brokenspear
Description:
This warrior's gray/green mottled skin ripples under a well muscled frame that stands a few inches above a normal man's height. He smells like a campfire and the wilderness. Occasionally a whiff of fresh blood stains his hide armor and crusts his hands, a pile of fresh pelts on his back. On closer inspection, he's a few inches shorter than a normal orc, maybe a little more slender, but a large tattoo of a dragon circles his neck and chest
Character Backstory:
Draskar was born Halfan, Son of Uther the firebrander, only that was not his father. His biological father, a reknowned raider and truly horrific individual named Stragh the Blackborn. Stragh was rumored to be the unholy spawn of Frost Giants and orcs, due to his large stature and pension for violence, which was matched only by a sense of sadism that was notable, even to other orcs.
Stragh came down from the mountain into a few mountain tribes' territories, plundering as they went. After successfully looting and burning for 3 weeks until a paladin rallied the neighboring human clans to battle and drove him back into the foothills, where he disappeared. Fortunately, there were many survivors, some worse than others. The next winter, Draskar was born...
At first, his mother attempted to say he was Uther's son, citing his unsual size, and obvious strength, even as a child. But alas, she could only keep up the charade for so long as his hair darkened, and his skin as well.
He was given to the Redspear tribe of orcs where he was tutored in druidic ways and he was mentored under Uriah the Razorcrow. The experience only sharpened his mistrust of humanity, After a few years of tutelage, his lessons in cold weather extreme survival were growing too extreme, and Draskar throttled him. Devoid of a new mystic, the tribe fractured and became the brokenspears, and Draskar became a warrior, trader and trapper.
