Ted's a small time legal adviser in Rook who's been refining his craft over many years. He's well known among smaller business owners as a proper document shark, able to spot the vaguest of loopholes in the documents he reads. Little is known about Ted's life and his past, just that he's one cunning SoB. He's recently decided to retire his old bookworming ways to become a real adventurer. He's had more faith in adventurers than the Rook Guard since he was a small child, so he's looking to make a better name for them.
