So with 10 new levels added the gap between encounters and animal companions will likely widen even more, with animal companions being unable to advance after level 20. Now I know no one cares about a full caster like a druids companion becoming fragile but cavalier, hunter and many other classes and archetypes are entirely based around animal companions. So in order to remedy this may I suggest we expand the animal companion table to level 30. Note I don't suggest doing this for eidelons since as far as I know there is no way to increase the effective level of an eidelon past 20. There are however numerous ways for an animal companion to be raised to 30. Mostly since levels in classes that Grant animal companions stack for the purpose of raising the animal companions level.

The AC table stops at 20, just like spells.

As someone with a hunter as a PC, I concur that the animal companion progression table needs to be expanded. (I presume that, even if casters learn no new spells and don't gain any ability to cast more per day, their caster levels would still increase past 20.)
If the table is expanded, I suggest that we simply increase hitdice and statistics associated with them (BAB, saves, feats, skill ranks, the +1 to any ability score every 4 HD). We wouldn't need to add new features or increase the natural armor or STR/DEX bonuses.

Caster levels would no progress past 20, as classes don't grant spellcasting levels past 20. If a prestige class would increase it past 20, nothing happens.
I concur with Zanos - the AC table stops at 20.
