I took an archetype for my Alchemist that does not start with the Brew Potion feature that would give me the feat of the same name.
My question is, since technically Alchemists do not have a Caster Level and cannot meet the prerequisites of the Brew Potion feat, would the GMs of here allow me to take the feat anyways?

As written, no, alchemists are not spellcasters, and therefore can't select feats such as Craft Wondrous Item. The design team is aware that this creates some thematic problems with the idea of an alchemist creating golems and so on, and plan to examine this in the future.
So it would seem it is up to GM discretion whether it would be allowed or not. Thematically I should be able to. But I would still like to know for sure if the GMs here will allow it.
