I'm creating a summoner and i am thinking about using the spell "magic mouth" to act as a security alarm.
Here is the idea, i will buy a rope and when ever I go to sleep out in the open or something like that happens then i would put the rope around me/the group i'm with and form a perimeter around me/us and then apply magic mouth to it. what magic mouth does is it makes it so i can put a message for it to say and when someone/something gets within a certain distance it will blurt out the message i put on there.
Would something like this work and/or would this be allowed?
