The Mad Wizard Zabrick
For the crimes of Kidnapping, Murder, Assault, Unlawful use of Magic, Bribery, Thievery, Blackmail, Trespassing, Breaking and Entering, Sexual Misconduct and Use of Magic to Spy on Public Baths
Zabrick is to be considered highly dangerous. He is known to consort with Daemons and is a highly skilled Divination Wizard.
He has been deemed clinically insane by 15 independent examiners.
The Wizard recently broke into a dozen noble households and stole their oldest daughters, a large bounty has been put forward to find Zabrick and bring him back to Rook. Dead or Alive.
