Celestial Armor
Cost 22,400 GP
This +3 chainmail is so fine and light that it can be worn under normal clothing without betraying its presence. It has a maximum Dexterity bonus of +8, an armor check penalty of –2, and an arcane spell failure chance of 15%. It is considered light armor and allows the wearer to use fly on command (as the spell) once per day.
The last 2 rows are guesses on my part. And I suppose that there is nothing that says the armor is actually made from Mithral either.
So questions that I have:
1. How do I make this armor? Craft Mithral Chainmail 4,150 GP Materials and then 18,250 Magic?
2. Do I have to do all the magic all at once? f.x. Can I Craft Mithral Chainmail +3 13,150 and then add the rest 9,250?
3. Once I am done with creating Celestial Armor can I add a further Armor enchantment bonus such as Light Fortification?
4. Once I am done with creating Celestial Armor can I add further magic such as Slick?
