Wallace “Wally” McGrundlebump (Jr.)

Backstory
Wallace has no memory of his birth parents or birthplace. At the tender age of two he was abandoned on the streets of a central dwarven city. He was rescued by a great dwarven general named Wallace McGrundlebump. The old dwarf had a soft spot for kids and even had a few of his own. He brought the child to his home and raised him as his own son even naming him after himself.
The coming years would be difficult for Wally Junior. He was raised as a dwarf which valued strength and martial might, which he had plenty of knack for. Wally had always been smart, being able to understand everything from stone carving, to architecture and was constantly reading, but where he had intelligence and strength he lacked in common sense completely. Many people in fact thought he was a fool, because even though his clear size difference and body structure for the first 16 years of his life he thought he was a dwarf no (think buddy from elf). His entire childhood he trained with his brothers and father for a career in the military but for his 17th birthday he was told that he was adopted and was given the items that they found with him, a pair of strange carved geta sandals and a pair of blackened wool socks. Just touching the objects awakened his latent psychic power.
Confused and distraught Wallace decides to leave his hometown to find himself and learn to utilize his new powers. Making enough money to wander doing odd jobs and being a sword-for-hire. He heard stories of rook even in his home dwarven city, with all the trade that comes through he expects someone there will be able to tell him the origins of his now precious socks and sandals combo.
Now very wary of Azata. When he engages in combat he rarely holds back tries as hard as he can and will push himself to his limits as much as he can. He is now dedicated to finding the evil Drow witch that wronged him and his companions *see session 2* and trains tirelessly to fight her.
Personality
He respects the code of battle and believes in fair fights, but using all that you have at your disposal. He stays true to his word and doesn't take promises lightly. He isn't incredibly talkative and is a little awkward, but he loves kids and animals. He is very self conscious about the fact that he needs the help of items to do magic so he refuses to tell people he gets his powers from his socks and sandals (and lucky penny). He also is uncomfortable around women (very awkward) and is semi-distrusting of dwarves because of his past experiences with them. Also loves to do “magic tricks” like pulling his magical necromantic penny from behind people’s ears.
