For those who are curious about the rat swarm builds, here's a copy of the email I sent a friend concerning the matter
The best race for this is Ratfolk which you may probably be opposed to but it is still semi-doable with other races
Swarming: Up to two ratfolk can share the same square at the same time. If two ratfolk in the same square attack the same foe, they are considered to be flanking that foe as if they were in two opposite squares.
both players play rogues of course, now as long as they stay together, all attacks are sneak attacks
Also remember that AOO's count as sneaks if you can currently sneak attack, so...
Now we start taking tandem teamwork feats to make everyone pay
Start with a feat that gives us +4 to AOOs when we are adjacent and gives us a free AOO when the other makes an AOO (Paired Opportunists)
Then take (Precise Strike) which makes all sneaks do 1d6 extra damage when adjacent
Next we take (Broken Wing Gambit) and use it constantly. You and your teammate both give your opponent a +2 bonus to hit you for one attack. When they swing at you, it provokes an AOO from your teammate, which in turn provokes an AOO from you (Paired Opportunists)
Next we go for (Outflank) which increases flanking bonus to +4 and gives your teammate an AOO whenever you crit, which in turn give you an AOO because your partner got one (Paired Opportunists) which in turn makes you want (Improved Critical) and rapiers for more hits.
There is also (Seize the Moment) but I don't think that will give you a second AOO on a crit
There's a few other feats to add to this mess
(Opportunist) make an AOO when teammate hits, which in turn gives them an AOO too (Paired Opportunists)
(Coordinated Charge) you and teammate both get a free charge when the other charges, so thats a charge sneak attack
