With the head through the wall

Maklannd "Lanny" Dekhalm arrived in Rook on a sunny afternoon. Having skipped a few too many Common lessons in school, he had some problems to find his way around this amazing town. After several hours of walking aimlessy around town he stumbled upon the Golden Plow where he got a meal and bed for his last coins.
The next morning a dwarf walked in asked the people lurking around to to help him clear out his mine of some kind of infestation. Lanny did not feel up to this task yet, but asked if the dwarf could need a helping hand to swing an additional pick.
So he got a job, a roof over his head and some time to settle in. When he feels ready the Golden Plow seems to be the right place to start his quest. But until then he is happy to be under ground surrounded by the calmness of the rock again.
