Is there a place where you can request GM's to run a game? I've been looking at the scheduled sessions and I can't seem to find any for level 1 characters.

Lvl 1 games tend to be spontaneous as opposed to planned in advance. Hop on the IRC and ask around and you might be able to get a game going.

Most scheduled sessions are high level, since there's a far smaller player pool. While most sub level 7 sessions are spontaneous.
