So, before we start rolling up characters, here is what you'll need to play in Dragons Gate:
So, before we start rolling up characters, here is what you'll need to play in Dragons Gate:
- Forum Account - Can't submit your character without it. You'll also need access to this for session tracking and for some forms of out of game RP if you choose to participate.
- Wiki - The Dragons Gate wiki is where you'll find all the world info and a more organized description of house rules and campaign info. Make sure you bookmark the navigation page, not the front page, so that you don't have to be assaulted by ads.
- Discord - We have a Discord. Some folks hang out there regularly, and it is the prime location to find games aside from the Scheduled Sessions area of the forum. Discord is available at discordapp.com/ and our join link is discord.gg/0owHEodnhVEx6hMi
- Roll20 - This is where we play. You can sign up at roll20.net/
- Ventrillo - Our games can use the Ventrillo chat client for in-game communication when Discord is having issues. The Vent server is of limited capacity and is only available to those who have an approved character. If we run into capacity issues, players in a game will have priority for available slots.
