Hey all,
I was wondering what the opinion was on some free retraining (in terms of cost and time) for lower-level characters, or even any character until the end of the free refund period (April 19th?). I ask because this'll be the second time one of my characters, a 3rd level, will be stuck in 5 days of downtime to retrain something because I hadn't realized there was a better option. I'd like the chance to play the character, but retraining has lockout and without the retraining my character concept is a bit crippled (in my case not having Valet as a crafter Wizard, so most people would automatically choose a faster crafter).
As a lot of us are new and just getting the feel for our characters, I was thinking either some period of time (3rd/4th level or below, for instance) would be appropriate or perhaps a time like now when refunds can be given for any characters. Instead of refunding the character, allow us lower-levels to get some free retraining in so we don't have to reroll more characters or spend time unable to play them.
