Hon. Customers;
Neigh Chevaloshad will happily instruct you in the ways of good horsemanship. Assuming you have learned the basics of such craft, I will also sell customized war trained horses as well. A typical Light War horse would come with the following: Tricks: Attack, Heel, Flank, Flee, Work, Perform:Kissyface, Run replaced with spiked Light Armor Proficiency.
Kissy Face is a trick that let's your horse know to chew good berries from a modified feed bag and deliver the masticated berries to the designated target.
Eight Fresh Good Berries per customer are available for a small donation to the Horse Rescue mission.
Small, Medium, Large, and Huge Equines are made available upon request. In some circumstances, equines rescued and rehabilitated at the Bar None Ranch will be made available at a considerable discount in exchange for a promise to care for them well.
Thank you for your interest in the Bar None Horse Mission. I look forward to attending to all of your equestrian needs.
Respectfully

Neigh Chevaloshad has experienced some setbacks, watching the Steed Tank go up in flames, and taking responsibility for collateral casualties. He is now the guardian of his ward Sue. Reincarnated as a male half orc young man, Sue's family was killed by the Culling necromancer and left to die horribly before being burned alive as collateral damage from the assault on the Necromancer's tower. 1000gps worth of exotic oils and a very concerned Diane restored the little girl to life at the Golden Plow. 640gps were paid to Xemandus for a Cap of Human Guise. He now searches for the means of restoring Sue's proper gender.

Neigh sees a familiar blue person appear out of thin air. "Hey, I need your help with something. Got a moment?"
After taking a moment to actually look at his new surroundings, he notices the seahorse flying around in a stone bucket.
"Huh... that's a new one. What happened there?" he says as he points towards the sea horse

Well, Diane and I traveled to Oroshar and had a tussle with a Gyno-Sphinx Mummy. We succeeded, and discovered that Sea Horse is a better compromise between Sea Turtle and Horse than we had before.

Rainen looks a bit surprised at that, "Huh, well... Can't say I blame you, creatures of the sea are quite the reliable companions... Anyway, I've recently moved but my housing conditions are a bit sparse currently. Think you could stone shape me an underwater castle? I can take care of the logistics it involves if you can take care of the stone shaping."

That sounds like a great project. I will need the blue prints and square footage requirements. Don't forget the gardens, Diane has something of a green hoof.

"Huh, think she could manage a coral reef? Not entirely sure if it could survive in this climate, but I've been getting a lot of traveling in recently and I'd like to have one." Rainen pauses for a moment as he reaches a hand behind him. "As for the castle," Rainen continues, while pulling a large parchment out from some unseen location behind his back, "I was thinking something along the lines of this. fc02.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/179/6/6/66b00f011b7c6df281d791daf51f1362.jpg"

The Advent of Nerul. Neigh sought sanctuary with the temple of Desna after the discovery that Nerul had been unleashed upon the world once more. A deposition of the event was commissioned and distributed world wide. After numerous death threats and some unflattering sendings, Neigh chose to gather his responsibilities for friends, family, and employees. Neigh performed an awakening ceremony for his life long friend, Diane. Diane's first words were "You're a terrible person." Neigh placed a 10k gp trust fund at her disposal and signed over the company to Diane. He made her the guardian of his wards and asked them to go into hiding to avoid the difficulties that accompanied the Advent of Nerul. Charlotte found the drunken were-pony lying on the floor in a pool of filth three days later. Neigh spent 54 days in assylum before leaving the Temple of Desna. One pony checked in, 55 ponies checked out. He spent the next two weeks building a small village to the northeast of Rook on the borders of a river and the south western tip of the Verdant Wood. Using his extensive training in engineering and agriculture, Neigh used the following spells to build a town: Expeditious Excavation, Wood Shape, Stone Shape, Soften Earth and Stone, Diminish Plants, Plant Growth, Control Water, Obsidian Flow, Oasis, Transmute mud to rock, Transmute rock to Mud, Earth Glide, and Summon Nature's Ally. The town is well protected with living walls of wood and stone. The town is extensively built underground and high amongst the trees with as many facilities and buildings located there as upon the ground. The town, being the result of extensive magical creation, and blessed by many wondrous enchanted creatures, is a work of art. The town was built to be the home of his extended family and the herds under his protection. With the help of his rancheros, Neigh and his extended family work tirelessly to provide a decent life and place of refuge for any person or equine in need. The surrounding farmlands are extensive, providing wheat, alfalfa, oats, and all manner of fruits and vegetables magically out of season and clime. Neigh continues to work with and train equines in the arts of war and industry. Having recently awakened Diane, and 5 other equines to assist with the task. Neigh fully intends to provide some of the finest cavalry stock for service in the coming conflagration. With special thanks to Daddya, Kimarah, Disk, and all the others who were in the ventrillo chat, Neigh Chevaloshad has named this homestead "Ponyville"

Hon. Adventurers; Neigh Chevaloshad has been busy building a new town, and here are the results. Being a trained civil engineer with extensive experience as a cavalry officer in the Empire's war with the Orcs, Lt. Chevaloshad built Fort Ponyville with an impressive array of magically enhanced features. The town is blessed with a secure water supply, moat, and extensive irrigation for the surrounding orchards and croplands thanks to spells like Oasis. The town is further defended by the clever use of plant growth, directing dense clusters of fruit bearing trees in a formidable perimeter stockade. These perimeter fortifications are further augmented by cavalier breastworks of the Von Braun armored glacis design. The town is further protected by the sturdy stone walls 50 feet high and wide built with carefully sculpted stone using digitally printed and welded stone shape, rock to mud/mud to rock master work masonry. Sculpted water channels were used to transport and lower into place these edifices aided by the great strength of teams of draft horse working in unison under the effects of Ant Haul and Mule Cord Braces. The 100 yard killing fields surrounding these defenses have been further augmented with pyroclastic flows of volcanic glass. While these impressive feats of engineering make for quite the formidable defense in and of themselves, the extensive use of magic used to sculpt the lay of the land, the underlying hydrological table, and the artfully enhanced horticulture lend the entire effort a surprising grace and beauty. The town itself is, if anything, better built and more defensible than the surrounding fortifications. broad uniform thoroughfares run through the town, making for clear lanes of communication and the distribution of troops along interior lines servicing the surrounding towers and bunkers. Each building is a reinforced atrium bunker half recessed into the earth forming a concentric ring of steppes leading to progressively higher redoubts in the center of town. Built to a code of 5 foot thick walls, stone shuttered crenelations, and pivoting vault doors of stone just as thick, every atrium is a veritable fortress in micro-cosm. These buildings are further enhanced with a complex of underground chambers and passages built with systematic choke pts and vaulted inter-connecting lanes allowing for a common defense of these redoubts. This attention to the communities' practical defense afforded the opportunity to install ventilated 50 meter tubes used to channel fresh, strong currents of air throughout the villa. Fluted central convection chimneys further enhanced the distribution of this central heating and cooling system provided by the land itself. With the magically sculpted stone and wood available, each home thus enjoyed fresh water from hot and cold springs, central air, and perpetual lighting via continual flame. Granite top kitchen counters sported basins for washing, Franklin stone ovens for cooking, and thick stone ice boxes sure to please the most discriminating of medieval norms and standards. These climate control features were made all the more effective with the advent of mass produced thin panes of clear master work double panes of wielded glass. All of these amenities, having been the product of magic and good engineering enjoyed a degree of artistry limited only by the good taste and imagination of the occupants. This naturally extended to the luxuriant fountains and gardens at the center of each atrium. The loving attention to detail, beauty, and security manifested in each of the buildings, regardless of their mundane functionality contributes to the overall aesthetic beauty of Fort Ponyville's Hanging Gardens. The fortifications and living arrangements of Fort Ponyville, while extensive and exquisite, are a means to an end for the community. The town is dedicated to producing the finest armored cavalry in the world. To this end there are many facilities for the stabling, training, and care for the many men and animals who train here. The 32nd Armored Cavalry Reconnaissance Battalion is stationed here. The unit was raised by Neigh Chevaloshad to protect the city of Rook in the coming conflagration. It is currently kitted out with light arms and armor in three troops of 30 plus 10 non coms and officers. The men and horses are kept trained and in supply here with good discipline maintained by a cadre of officers and awakened horses. The 32nd ACR trains extensively in the use of heavy armored personnel howdahs armed with lt. siege engines. This coupled with the leadership provided by their officers, awakened war horses, allows for a measure of fine control and complex maneuver and communication on the battlefield that is seldom equaled. Trained in the arts of war and magic, these awakened horses make use of magic to communicate over long distances, succor the wounded with healing spells, and carry the day with enchanted hooves. Their comrades in arms are no less impressive sporting master work medium armor and master work scimitars. Cold iron and alchemical weapons of every blunt, piercing, and slashing description may be found in every troop as well. Outfitted with slings, light crossbows, and master worked small re curved composite bows, the 32nd is equipped with with enough magical ammunition to take down the hardiest of foes. Being no stranger to sword and flame, the 32nd is trained to deal with the occasional encounter with extraordinary vermin with a generous allotment of flaming oil. The 32nd ACR is unusual in that it employs a greater proportion of barding amongst the steeds than is typical for a reconnaissance troop. Spiked studded leather barding gives these troopers a unicorn silhouette, making them easily recognizable long before the heraldic badges may be discerned. Thus equipped, fierce overruns are the common tactic that is used to put the foe to the sword and horn. Special care for the lives of the troopers is afforded by the regular training in the healing arts and the use of Good Berry. Cries of "Cleric", and "Healer" have given way to "Kissyface" in the 32nd ACR. The respect and camaraderie of the troops and their steeds is all the stronger for the Common tongue shared amongst these sentient horses.

Hon. Adventurers;
It was my great honor to donate 27gp to the Temple of Desna today in training one Bay micro-pony for Abrin(Kayse) It took 12 crafting days to train the pony in Come, Deliver, Fetch, Flee, Track, and Work. As there is some confusion concerning micro ponies, Ah gave Kayse a normal pony instead.
I made a further commitment to Beastwithin7 to train a Heavy War Horse with a modified war schedule inserting the tricks Fetch and Deliver for Attack and Down. It will be ready on Saturday. 225gp were donated to the Temple of Desna in the name of the Bar None Horse Rescue Mission. One rescue mission orphaned pony by the name of Elmers was trained in "Get Help" and added to his order for a 27gp donation to the Temple of Desna on 7/1/15

Hon. Adventurers; It has come to the attention of the management of the Horse Rescue Mission that the experimental schedule proposed by Dr. Viktor could lead to the materiel harm of some of the test subjects. Dr. Charlotte advised that the gentleman seek professional help at his earliest convenience. As a consequence, the Horse Rescue Mission is once again beset with the problem of finding an equinetable arrangement for 54 wondrous equines of extraordinary stature. Neigh Chevaloshad has proposed a generous demonstration of good will in seeking good homes for these well trained diminutive ponies. Neigh Chevaloshad will spend the next 16 craft days using the spells Wood Shape, Stone Shape, and Obsidian Flow to create the following goods. 54 Small carts will be filled with the following tools. A 12 piece obsidian cutlery block will be included in the collection with a granite cutting board. A full set of gardening tools such as Shovel, Hoe, Fork, hand rake, hand spade, etc... as well as an extensive selection of seaonal and soil friendly seeds. A simple carpentry tool set with an array of hammers, wood planes, saws, and engraving implements. A set of stone ware plates and bowls for eight people will be included in the gifts along with stone forks, spoons, and ladles. Drinking cups and pitchers sufficient for 12 will be included in the offering as will. One 6 gallon barrel of beer incuring an expense of 96cp will be added to the cart. 50 lbs of smoked fish courtesy of Nixie's Lure will be included. These gifts will be piled into the wagons and drawn by Pigeon-Ponies. All of the items will bear the sign of the Horse Rescue Mission, that of a Knights chess piece. In an effort to ensure the well being of the community and the good treatment of the ponies, each family that accepts the gift of a wondrous equine will be permitted to bring one family member at any time to Fort Ponyville for medical treatment to include; Good Berry, Cure Light Wounds, Lesser Restoration, Cure Disease, and Neutralize Poison. A small parade through Rook will be conducted with the 32nd ACR and the many herds of wondrous equines under the protection of Neigh Chevaloshad. The ponies, and thier wares, shall be given away by lot throughout the course of the event. In this manner the lives of man and equine will be bettered in domestic and industrious good will. Many shall learn of the Horse Rescue Mission and the crusade to protect and provide for the common defense of the community through the support of the local adventuring community. Respectfully Neigh Chevaloshad AND DIANE xoxo

At some point, when Neigh is at his fortress, one of his horses will bring him the following letter and say that a half-orc in a suit requested it be delivered to him.
Dear Ser Neigh, Though I do not agree with some of the actions you have carried out, I am not currently in a position to make any substantial judgments on your character. I write you this letter to show my appreciation for the temporary shelter that I and a few others took recently within the construction of your future fortress. “Hossgiliath,” I believe is what the horse from the Golden Plow said the name was. I hope that you will not find this overly intrusive, and you have my sincere apologies if you do. Feel free to contact me at the Legendary Sum Tavern in the Hearth District of Rook, should you desire compensation. ~Signed, Gurch O’Dunkaroo
