Rime spell entangle to immobilize

The entangled condition says that the effected creature is only immobilized if they are anchored to something. My question is, using Rime spell, would there be any situation in which I could anchor someone to something with ice? The most realistic example I can think of is if I had an ice slick down (as per the spell) and I hit them with a rimed (cold) burning hands. Could I argue that the cone would anchor them to the ice? Or better yet, if I just applied Rime to the ice slick spell?
