Walking through the streets of Rook with his Master, his Master tells him that Utar needs to move on, as Utar has now been in training for a bit over eight years, and since Utar started taking on adventures to everywhere, his Master has seen him develop faster. Now it is time, that he starts his own business, either as a freelancer, or a businessman, maybe as a Master himself. But he needs to move on. As his Master speaks a couple last words, he reminds Utar to stick to his Vows, and never forget to keep his promises. "Be good for the earth and nature, Utar. It'll be good to you."
Utar with these words decides to become himself a businessman who's more than an adventurer. Being a survivalist, Utar has made many improvised traps, but thinks it might be a good idea to take it to an higher level. That same evening even, Utar decides to stock up on goods and recruit some people, because next thing in the morning, he will be finding himself a good piece of land for his shop to be build, not yet of any more than a storefront and a workstation for trapcrafting. And well, that morning on the east side of the southern slums, he finds a perfect piece of land to build upon.

After having slept well, Utar goes takes a good look at his shop being build, and sees how close it is to finishing. Since he has some more gold leftover, he leaves and goes into the walls of rook, where he starts looking around to hire more and get himself more goods, to start building on his "Arena-like" Labyrinth he will be opening behind his shop. Setting up traps inside it should make it a damn interesting place to hold games at.
