Session Report: It was a normal day for all those in the Golden Plow. Though the day would quickly turn sour for many of those in the Plow as events took a turn for the worst. A messenger came into the plow looking for adventurers that might be willing to be paid for a job. The first person he approached was very amicable and after a few words the messenger handed him a letter. He approached a half-orc to see if he might be interested as well. He was quite surprised when the half-orc slammed his fist into the table, almost breaking it in fact, and demanded to know why the messenger was bothering him. The messenger, who was quite frightened by the anger half-orc, stuttered out an apology and quickly tried to exit the Plow. However Mork had different ideas as he rushed after the messenger and grappled the messenger.
The messenger was know shaken and started shouting out for guards to come help him as he did not know what the half orc was going to do to him. His flaining around in panic almost hit Mork but luckily missed. Mork forced the messenger into a sit but before he could do anything else, Mork was confronted by a guard that had heard the messengers cry. The guard confronted Mork but before Mork could answer Donny Switchblade stepped in to try and diffuse the situation. Donny spun a convincing lie but the lie un-spun when the guard questioned the messenger about the lie. The guard deciding to escort the messenger out to try and calm the situation down as the man was near hysterical in fright.
As the guard moved to help the messenger up, Mork shoulder checked the guard knocking him to the ground. Mork let out an unapologetic "opps" while sneering down at the guard. The Guard quickly got up while pulling out his weapons in case Mork decided to assault him again. Mork in response just yelled at the guard trying to intimidate him which worked surprisingly well. The messenger seeing Mork was now distracted made a break for the door of the Plow and while accidently running into Gaius fled the scene.
The Guard was shaken by the incredibly imposing half orc but tried to do his job as a member of the Rook guard. Unsurprisingly, the guard did not notice Gaius approaching form behind him while he was concentrating on the half orc. Gaius decided tried to distract the guard by asking him for directions. The guard in a fright lashed out at Gaius scoring a small wound on his chest while trying to call for backup. Mork seeing a chance to escape made a break for it towards one of the windows of the Plow. The Guard tried to catch Mork but was unable to as the orc was very light of foot.
Gaius was left in the front door of the Plow as more guards showed up to try and calm the situation down. After asking some questions about what happened Gaius was escorted to one of the Rook guard posts as he made mention that Mork was a possible associate through the Wayward Path. The guards needed to confirm Gaius's story as he was the one that distracted the guard and let Mork get away. Donny being the wiseass he is, was escorted to the Guard station due to blatantly lying to the guards as they were asking questions about what happened. The others in the plow were also asked what they saw but since they were a little more respectful and did not lie to the guards face were thanked for their time and left to their own devices.
Gaius was escorted to a interrogation room where a Guard lieutenant questioned him about what happen. Gaius informed the guard that he left the plow because it was getting to loud due to all the shouting. He walked passed Mork and the Guard but Realized that even though he had been living in the plow for a few years had no idea of an other taverns in the area. Realizing this Gaius went back into the Plow to ask the Guard he had seen in the door way for directions. As he approached Gaius some how did not see the guard had drawn his sword or the fact that the half orc in front of the guard was acting aggressively. Oblivious to these warning signs Gainus tapped the guard on the shoulder and was quite surprised that the guard swung a sword at him.
Any further questions the lieutenant had for Gaius just seemed to frustrate him and he became quite vulgar. The lieutenant decided to keep Gaius at the Guard Post until Mork could be found or they could confirm Gaius's story. Donny was let go with a fine for lying during a investigation after answering some questions and an apology to the guards.
Mork returned to the Golden Plow after getting a bit to eat and was surprised when more guards showed up. The half-orc would not surrender quietly and attacked the guards that tried to apprehended him. He blooded on guards nose but before he could do more was knocked out and taken to jail. Mork then spend the whole next day angrily hitting the walls of his guard cell before passing out in exhaustion.
Two days after the whole incident Mork was given a trial and agreed to let Donny represent him. Mork was convinced by Donny to plead guilty on all charges. Mork was fined 1200 gold or the equivalent of 1200 gold and made to attended mandatory anger management sessions.
Gainus seeing a chance to make a quick gold decided to press charges against the Rook Guard. After listening to his story and being questioned by the Rook attorney, a jury of his peers (Other PCs) was deemed to have suffered sufficient damage to be commentated. The Guard that had accidently attacked him was fined 750 gold and fired from the Rook Guard.
