Character Name: Bramwell Merricson
Character & Description:
Bramwell is a gentlemen, first and foremost. Raised in a wealthy home, Bramwell was never the sort of child one would expect to be getting into fights so frequently, yet trouble seemed to always follow him wherever he went. Yet even as a young one, he showed great prowess in fights even when armed with nothing but his fists. Although he loves the thrill of the fight, Bramwell never neglected his studies and his upper class upbringing still shows in his speech and mannerisms even today. Upon reaching his teens, Bramwell put his skills to use in boxing, performing in more and more prize fights much to his family's chagrin. He now seeks to put his skills to use in other ways, doing odd adventuring jobs here and there. Bram may not be easy to get along with, but he is fiercely loyal to anyone who he deems earns his respect and companionship. Bram has always hated what he calls "Crooks, vagabonds, and rogues" even though he's had many dealings with them concerning his underground boxing. One last thing to note, anyone who has ever been on the receiving end of a punch by old Bram has found themselves mysteriously struck by a seemingly supernatural streak of bad luck....
What do you look like, how do you dress, etc.- Bram stands at 6'5''. Bram is a heavyset fellow with a fighters build and he carries bruises and scars from his profession, but the way he walks, his clothing, and his manner of speech all allude to his wealthy upbringing. Bram has short, brown hair and a perfectly trimmed and kept walrus mustache.
Background Information:
Bramwell's family stems from some extended royal blood or another. Whenever his parents would tell him the specifics though, Bramwell always tuned them out. This wasn't out of disrespect, Bram simply wants to forge his own path in the world and cares little for his own boring family history. Bram had the best of upbringing and weapon training, although his fists still remain his favorite weapon. Bram does enjoy the use of an exotic weapon known as a starknife, and his own resembles a hoop or ring with long rod connections to the center and curved blades resembling shark fins on each of the four points. Bram has distanced himself with his own noble heritage and refuses to contact them based on their differences but still knows people in the higher ups of society.
Who is your character? Why is she arriving in Rook, or if you live there, what do you do? What are your characters life goals?- Bram wishes to be more. He feels as if his place in history has yet to be established, and that he completes various jobs in hopes to give back to the town that raised him. Bram hails from the Crown District of Rook as a high class aristocrat by day and a top notch boxer by night.
