Session Report:
A backer down on his luck decides to drown his sorrows at the Golden Plow. Unfortunately for him some noise adventures won't even let him get a drink before they converge on him like flies. He is at first reluctant to hire any of them due to previous encounters with adventures but they eventually wear him down.
The first night the group decides to stack out the bakery with lit torches. For some reason however, the thieves decide to ignore the well lit bakery and the night is uneventful. The next night the group decides to forgo the torches and wait quietly inside the bakery. The thieves inadvertently stumble on the group after looking through one of the bakery windows and make a break for it. While most of the group is left in the dark, Tiffiny and Endymion ran after the fleeing thieves using their ability to see in the dark. Tiffiny is able to spot the thieves around a corner but when she gets around it to follow them they are gone.
It takes some work and trash digging before the group eventually find a sewer access point under a dumpster. Rushing after the thieves the group looses their trail in the dark tunnels. After a fight with some archer fish, the group stumbles on the nesting chambers of some giant dragon fly nymphs. The guards to the chamber do not take kindly of this and attack. The attack decimates the group and only two are able to retreat with their lives.
It takes some carful planning but the two that were still awake manage to rescue the others from the chamber. After that slackening experience, the group retreats to lick their wounds. After a day of thinking the group decides to lay and ambush for the thieves instead of trying to find them in their own homes.
The ambush works and it is revealed the thieves were actually children who were breaking into the bakery to feed themselves. Indi decides to take the children to the nearest orphanage and after a good scolding leaves them in the capable hands of Grelod the Kind. To help out orphanage out, she also donates her reward to the orphanage.
