Yet again the party continued to be informed of the sheer level of reputational devastation Neigh's flyers were visiting upon them. Negotiations were breaking down between city states thanks to the information campaign, and issues were beginning to crop up all over. The group spent a not inconsiderable amount of time discussing methods of dealing with this cluster of problems. Eventually they decided to go to Cloud City, and were confronted with a scene of chaos.
Undead were rampant, zombies quickly mobbing and dragging down citizens only for those citizens to clamber up and lunge after others as they were added to the horde. The group quickly looked upon this 'Romero effect' and jumped in to action, variously helping out the soldiers bracket and control the infected and eliminating clusters of undead themselves. Naya and Ben both went to help the main commander, knowing full well that this outbreak was likely an overall distraction to keep them busy but from what they were unsure.
Seen as they began to deal with the undead, the group were aware that the Diviner John Smith had been present. Through various information gathering they found that his Rook noble's clothing implied rather bad things overall, and thus after calming the situation down it was back to discussions to work out just what everyone wanted to do. For now it seemed like damage limitation was in order, especially as the Divine was seemingly messing with them to make their lives harder.
