In this episode our heroes entered the extramaterial plane in order to hone their skills in an endurance arena match. They bravely fought all manner of creature- aberration, construct, humanoid, magical beast, plant, outsiders, undead, and even a dragon. As time progressed, the time between waves grew shorter and shorter. As they neared the end they fought dozens of creatures all at once, blocking hits, dodging touch, evading aoe, and making saves. Among the explosions of acid, cold, fire, and lightning, the impacts of force and sonic, of the torrent of lava raining alongside lightning from the sky, surrounded by corpses and statues of both ice and stone, our heroes of rook stood victors. Creatures of legend would bow down to these heroes, as their ruthless assault on the extramaterial plane would not soon be forgotten.
