The Box -
Naya is under a compulsion to protect the box and keep it from unworthy hands. If she had her clear spindle ioun stone/wayfinder on her when she opened the box, the stone shattered trying to block the compulsion.
All effects of the box only work if it's in Naya's possession.

Naya and the box are constantly under a Nondetection effect (DC 35)
Naya is instantly aware when a divination spell targets her regardless of whether or not it bypasses the Nondetection
Naya is immune to any effect that would force her to give up possession of the box, and must succeed at a DC 30 Will save to voluntarily give it up. If the box is given into someone else's possession it immediately reconfigures and locks and will need to be unlocked again.

Naya is immediately aware for the location and strength of all alignment and magical auras within her field of view (per the 2nd round of Detect Alignment/Detect Magic) she is not able to increase this to the third round of study unless she casts Detect Alignment or Detect Magic on top of this effect.
Naya automatically succeeds saves to disbelieve Illusions,figments, and Phatasms.
Naya can view the true forms of creatures under the effects of polymorph abilities by spending a full round studying the target and succeeding in a Perception Check DC 25 + Caster level of the effect + spell level of the effect
Unlocking the next level of the box will required a DC 90 Knowledge (engineering) check. You can spend a downtime day to lower the DC by 5 to a minimum of DC 50
