Journal:
A message comes to the Golden Plow, asking for help in dealing with a "Man-Eater". The adventurers panic, thinking this is some specific type of monster before Rev lets them know that it was being using informally to refer to an animal which is hunting humans. There they pack up onto horses (several buying or renting a horse) and venture north to Icy Peaks.
They arrive late that night and Viktor corrupts a stable-hand with naughty language before the other adventurers half-drag him to the tavern to sleep. The next morning, they explore the town, visiting the butcher and the mayor for more details regarding the dangerous animal. They discover that it is some variant of tiger that is striped white instead of orange. Then they backtrack and try to locate it. However, difficult abound when they lose the trail and find wolves instead. The wolves try to team up and pick off the scattered adventures but the battle turns when Kasidra slays two at once with a cleaving slash.
After defeating the wolves, Rose locates the trail again and lead them to the Tiger's lair. It taunts them and breaks lines of sight, but Usiel bravely goes into the trap and gets a scythe like claw in exchange. Then Melinda manages to stun it with a lucky Color Spray and everyone tries to finish it in that moment of weakness. With just a fraction of a second left on the spell educed stun, they manage to defeat it. They debate the merits of killing verses keeping it alive before deciding that humanely killing it was for the best.
Back into Icy Peaks, they are welcomed as heroes. They show the mayor the corpse and sell it to the local skinner/tanner. Then Rev begins selling his popular books to the citizens of the town.
