Some strange creature was making a mess of things to the north of Rook. The Rook military hired a strike force to take care of it as they found their own troops woefully inadequate at dealing with the menace.
Upon arriving on scene, a huge giant wielding an even larger sword immediately engaged in combat with the group. It fought quite well all things considered, even managing to take Miere low, and heavily wounding ben and faelyn, but the heavy handed ministrations of capitalist were more than enough to bring it down. Unfortunately, a rather large egg exploded out from the creature, absorbing its remains, and fire exploded out from the egg which managed to take out Miere
